The small music boxes approximately measure:

The music jewelry boxes and custom song music jewelry boxes approximately measure: (W x D x H): 5,5 in x 3,5 in x 2,5 in (14 cm x 8,8 cm x 7 cm)

I also have 2 different ring box sizes.
The small ones with no music inside measure:
(W x D x H): 2 5/8 in x 2 3/16 in x 1 5/8 in (6.7 cm x 5.6 cm x 4.1 cm)

The music ring boxes measure:
(W x D x H): 3 1/8 in x 2 3/4 in x 2 1/2 in (8 cm x 7 cm x 6.2 cm)

Yes, the custom song music jewelry boxes work with any of your song choice. I do have 3 different music box styles available. The small music boxes and large music jewelry boxes have mechanical (wind up) music box movements built in. For these 2 styles you can choose from more than 80 songs and they are listed in the Description section as well as there is an image with the list. The third kind of music box is a custom song music jewelry box style with a recordable built in music player and with this style you can choose any song and I will convert it for you to music box style.
